As a good faith deposit, you will then issue a small down payment. When we acquire your gem, per your specifications, we notify you at which time your final payment is due. Upon receipt of your payment your gem will be sent to you via Federal Express. Upon your approval of the merchandise, the transaction is completed.

In the unlikely event that the gems are not what you wanted, return them insured and upon receipt your funds will be refunded or if you desire, we'll find you another gem per your modified specification.
